Dahn Construction began in 1991 when Keith Dahn went into the construction business as an owner. Keith began his construction career working in his father's family business.
Keith left his father's business and went to work for an emerging heavy and highway contractor in 1980. After working his way up through the ranks, he struck out on his own in 1991. The new company was based out of a shop in South St. Paul for the first 10 years.
In 2002, Dahn Construction purchased our current office property and began the task of transforming it into a shop and office capable of supporting the construction company.
Today we are able to service all of our own equipment, as well as support our projects across the region.
In 2006 Jeff Fye joined Dahn Construction as a Senior Project Manager. Jeff began his construction career as a laborer during the summers while attending the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Jeff graduated with a B.S.C.E. in 1991 and went to work for a large heavy and highway contractor. Jeff worked on a variety of projects across the Midwest before returning to Minnesota in 2000.
Jeff worked with a local specialty contractor until coming to Dahn Construction.
Jeff and Keith have over 50 years of experience in the construciton industry.
