What We Do

We are a small contractor capable of mobilizing and self performing projects across Minnesota and the surrounding states.

We perform both private and public work for a wide variety of clients.  We prefer to negotiate contracts, but feel our size, experience, and skill allows us to be competitive in both the negotiated and hard bid markets.

Our company tries to be a problem solver for our clients to bring true value to the contracting process. 

As a service to our clients we can perform site assesments, budgets, and constructability analyses in the preconstruction stage. 

We can also transition a project from feasibility studies, to cost estimating and budgeting, and into construction.  We can produce accurate take-offs and up to date cost estimates with constructability in mind.
